Special Degi Mutton Pulao Recipe
3 cup Rice
1 cup Onion (sliced)
1 cup Tomatoes (sliced)
4-4 Green chilies
2 Bay leaf
2-3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Tamarind
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Whole spices
Step by Step Instructions
In a pan heat oil. Add onion and cumin seeds, bay leaf, whole spices in it and cook until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and mutton in it.
Then add tomatoes, green chilies, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, tamarind, yogurt, coriander powder and mix well.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add 2 cup water and let it simmer on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes.
When meat gets tender cook it well.
Add 1 cup water and add socked rice in the meat.
When water almost dries out, let it simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Daighi mutton pulao is ready to serve.
